The document that expressed the feelings of lodge and his supporters about relations with European nations is: D. The Fourteen Reservations

The fourteen reservations was created in order to ensure that united states shall not be influenced in any way by other European nations to conform to a certain action without our own intent. This lead to the non-interventionist polices that we adopt until world war II.

Why do Canadians worry about the influence of the United m States on their culture?
Rudik [331]

Answer:

Because the United States is a global superpower and has the worlds largest military, Canada is also the United States' biggest trade partner and ally. Basile [38]

The differences between the British and American forces at the beginning of the revolutionary war:

The British Forces were seasoned army regulars while the American forces were a guerrilla force. The British had more experience in fighting the Indian Wars and the Anglo-French wars and were better prepared.

The British wore formal uniforms and were battle-ready while the Americans predominantly comprised of peasants, labourers in ragged clothes and hid behind trees or concealed positions. They primarily had the home advantage. They were led by retired servicemen of the British Army who had revolted against the empire.
