Let's get to the point in order-

Sleep- Sleep is most prominent part of human life without sleep day is incomplete sleep needs to be completed on time, while amount of sleep varies from one people to other every different person varies in amount of sleep.
Health Problems - Health is majorly dependent on the amount of sleep of one. If you are lacking in sleep you may face health issues. Health is the thing which should not be ignored and taken seriously.
Social Media - Social Media is the biggest platform for almost everything but youth is clashing with it in a negative way. Nowadays Teens are getting more involved in social media rather than the natural interaction.Social media is causing the sleep loss in a larger way than other teens are active on social media platforms whole day and night it needs to be in control.
Sports - Sports is the best way keep body fit but yes if affects teenagers schedule. Participation is appreciative in sports but one needs to get scheduled properly,all works should be managed via good schedule.

Teenagers need approx. 8 hrs of sleep everyday. which makes a day colorful and it is a good habit that should be applied in daily life .
