Answer:

The applications of magnetism are surrounding the daily lives of our time. From the simple use of magnets in our refrigerator doors to the use of computers. In the medical field, we have modern and sophisticated exams of resonance. Despite these applications, the development of magnetism also made it possible to better understand the physical processes of atoms, molecules, atom nuclei, and their components, as well as particles and reactions that emit radiation. It also helped the mankind with the creation of cyclotrons and powerful particle accelerators like Fermilab in the USA.

A molding machine in a factory was not working very well. About a third of the time, the plastic squirt guns that it was making
lesantik [10]

Answer:

a. Not enough subjects

Explanation:

In the context, it is given that in a factory, a molding machine is not working properly. The molding machine produces a gun made of plastic. But the machine was produces a defective piece about a third of he time it produces the gun.

The mechanic adjusted and repaired the stamping pressure and ran only one gun through which came out to be fine. But there was an error in the conclusion of the repair mechanic as she did run the machine only one time. She did not have enough subjects and should have run many times to see if the error still exists, as the machine showed error only about a third of the time during the process.

Thus the error in the experiment includes the lack of the enough of the subjects. We cannot come to the conclusion only with one time success.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!!<br> Adjust the mass. How does the mass of a pendulum affect its period?
elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

Answer:

The mass of a pendulum's bob does not affect the period. Newton's second law can be used to explain this phenomenon. In F = m a, force is directly proportional to mass. As mass increases, so does the force on the pendulum, but acceleration remains the same.
