(with your dominant hand) place your three middle fingers on your mouth(your hand should be flat) and move your hand a little bit forward. and smile after :)

Just FYI, you always sign with your right hand because everything is backwards for the person you are trying to communicate with if you use your left hand.

To sign "Thank you", you need to take your whole hand, then put your fingertips to the bottom of your chin, then pull them away from your chin.
