Answer:  10%

Further detail/context:

President Abraham Lincoln had proposed lenient approaches to Reconstruction.  Lincoln's plan would have required only 10% of a Southern state's voters to pledge loyalty to the Union, as well as recognizing the freedom of slaves.

Senator Benjamin F. Wade (from Ohio) and Representative Henry W. Davis (from Maryland) proposed their bill in February, 1864, requiring at least 50% of a state's prewar voters (white males) to swear loyalty to the Union, as well as giving blacks the right to vote.  The measure passed Congress, but Pres. Lincoln did not sign it.  (That's called a "pocket veto.")  So for the time being that measure died.

After Lincoln was assassinated in 1865, the "Radical Republicans" in Congress (who wanted harsher terms imposed on the South) tended to get their way.  President Andrew Johnson vetoed the stern Reconstruction Acts passed by Congress, but Congress overrode his vetoes and implemented their plans.  Tension between Congress and Pres. Johnson also led to the House of Representatives bringing impeachment charges against him.  The Senate narrowly failed to convict Johnson, so he stayed in office.  But Congress was clearly running the show.

Which period correspondes to a time when Indians in east texas started to live in the villiage
harkovskaia [24]

Answer:

Spanish period

Explanation:

The variety of the peoples and cultures whom Europeans first found in Texas and the different histories of each group make generalizations about Indians hazardous. Texas was not simply a Spanish-Indian or Anglo-Indian frontier, but rather a multi-sided frontier, a Spanish-Anglo-Comanche-Wichita-Apache-etc. frontier, where multiple groups acted for their own reasons. A few generalizations, however, apply to all Texas Indian groups. First, diseases introduced by the Europeans decimated them, especially after mission and military institutions brought people in contact so that they could be infected (see HEALTH AND MEDICINE). More broadly, anthropologist John C. Ewers has identified no fewer than thirty major epidemics -mainly of smallpox and cholera-between 1528 and 1890 that wiped out perhaps 95 percent of Texas Indians.

What are some advantages to a traditional economic system?what are some disadvantages?
IRINA_888 [86]
An advantage in a traditional economy people only have one job. This makes it easier to know what you'll do. A disadvantage would be that there isn't much room for advancements. There most likely won't be new inventions or discoveries.

What were Hitlers foreign policy aims?
dangina [55]

Adolf Hitler came to power with the goal of establishing a new racial order in Europe dominated by the German “master race.” This goal drove Nazi foreign policy, which aimed to: throw off the restrictions imposed by the Treaty of Versailles; incorporate territories with ethnic German populations into the Reich; acquire a vast new empire in Eastern Europe; form alliances; and, during the war, persuade other states to participate in the “final solution.”
