The best answer would be E.) Wind turbine engineer.
Wind turbines are outside and use renewable, natural resources

plumbers work indoors with non natural resources

Oill rig drillers do work with natural recources (oil) but are harming the planet while doing so because oil is non renewable.

Highway maintenance would be outside but they do not work with natural resources

HAZMAT removal worker is working with non natural resources and instead toxic chemicals
