The agricultural revolution, also called  neolithic evolution, took  place, as its other name suggests, in Neolithic , and more specifically, between 12 000 and around 6 years ago.

The type of soil most likely to be found in the Arctic is the Tundra Soil.

The Tundra, is a landscape, very cold, it creates unique patterns in the ground. During summer, water can accumulate underground, then freeze, which drives the soil upward into a small hill call a Pingo.  Tundra soils are formed at high latitudes.  Tundra soils are generally frozen, and are classifed as Gelisols.

When the war broke out Congress shutdown the program in an effort to bolster US army ranks this leaving the camps unoccupied.

With the US now capturing German Prisoners of war, they converted these former camps into POW camps to keep the captured POWs.
