María ordenó una pizza ayer.
Presente:
Ella vivía con sus padres.
Juan baila salsa.
Ricardo estaba enfermo.
Futuro:
The second option "ensalada, pizza, feminine" would be correct. You eat both salad and pizza, and in Spanish these are both feminine nouns.
