Ok its 2/10 because they are 2 peanut butter cookies and they are 8 other cookies in the jar

I think its 2/10
why: because in total there are 10 cookies so the denominator is 10. And in the text it says there are 2 peanut butter cookies so 2 is the numerator.
I believe that's the answer.
