The correct answer is C) the Atlantic Ocean.

The body of water that lies on the western edge of the African continent is the Atlantic Ocean.

The Atlantic Ocean (Greek "Sea of Atlas") is one of the largest oceans on planet Earth, only behind the Pacific Ocean. It is the body of salt water that separates the American continent from the European. It receives water from different rivers along the continents such as the Orinoco River, the Amazon River, the St. Lawrence River, the Rhine River, the Rio de la Plata River, among others.

Pls help I didn't get to watch the instructions so I can't figure it out
Gwar [14]

Answer:

To give the reader an idea of the complicated work required for the garment's worker's strike.

Explanation:

This passage is quite complicated. That is because the needs of the strike organizers were complicated as well. First, the speakers had to be found to report the progress of the strike back to the workers. Then, a fund would also have to be raised for strikers so they can access help with legal and personal problems. It is said that publicity(attention) was also a vital need for the strikers. They obviously needed the community's attention to make a difference, but this is dangerous because the strikers were targeted and so were the workers who requested the strike. Photos and eyewitness accounts of the workers on the boundary, in other words, the picket lines, were harrassed because the police obviously didn't approve of the strikers. Not only was the work of a striker complicated, but it was also dangerous.

I hope this helped in some way.

The first and foremost merit of Protestant Reformation is that it dispensed with one, unique, and unquestionable authority, embodied in the Roman Catholic Church. It opened the path to pluralism - a multitude of opinions that seek to be freely expressed, without censure and fear of punishment. It dismantled the dogma of one truth and one truth only - whether it be about God, Trinity, priests, an attitude towards worldly riches or anything else. Even though it was not secular, its focus on living in this world rather than in anticipation of heaven or hell, opened new perspectives for the development of secularism too.

Unit 6 imperialism from 1750 to 1900 graphic organizer in
lapo4ka [179]

Answer:

What does the Europeans want from these countries? Raw Materials. Why? During that time Great Britain industrial revolution was going on. You need raw materials like Iron to create products to sell. Boost europeans economy, so they exploit other countries.

How? Most common strategy they use was Divide and Conquer. They divide the country up, make them fight each other. Then use that weakness to control both sides. Europeans believe they have a far superior govt. than other countries, so they will "parent" other countries. Another way is promising them technology, medicine and education. Once again these countries they are imperializing are far from advanced than Great Britain.
