Mao Zedong merged smaller farms in larger "factory" farms. That went even further with creations of people communes where everything was shared between the people of one community. Effects of this were the opposite of what Mao hoped for - food production dropped, and that combined with extreme weather, led to great famine and death of about 20 million people.

In Greek societies, in almost all of them, only men were considered citizens. The treatment of women in Sparta was better than that of Athens, but even then, there were still limits. The generalized recognition of women as a political person occurred only in the twentieth century.

Answer:

B. Many countries have treated Jewish people poorly and forced them to leave.

Explanation:

The most major start to the Jewish people forced to leave is known as the "Great Diaspora", which saw to the Roman destruction of the Jewish state of Israel and scattering them across the lands. This would continue all the way until after World War II (in which case you will remember the Holocaust, which saw to Nazi Germany murdering thousands of Jews as well as other deplorables) when the UN as well as the USSR recognized the state of Israel, creating a national country for all Jews, in which many started to move back to their historical lands.
