1. Glen was inspired to become a volunteer for the RNLI after seeing a rescue happen on television.
2. The fourteen year old girl was windsurfing with her dad when she had to be rescued.
3. His mother is worried, however, they are generally supportive of his actions.
4. Glen does not get any money, as he is volunterring for the RNLI. (They're entirely voluntary work, so no one gets paid)
5. Glen gets annoyed at small things, such as people going to see in bad weather conditions, or when people do not wear life jackets.
