It was a landmark. 1954 Supreme court case in which the justices ruled unanimously that racial segregation of children in public schools was unconstitutional. Brown vs board of education was one of the cornerstones of the civil rights movement, and helped establish the precedent that "separate-but-equal" education and other services were not, in fact, equal at all.

Hope I helped :)

Answer:

The Supreme Court in the Case of Brown v. Board of Education gave verdict that the racial segregation in public schools was an unconstitutional practice and should be abhorred.

Explanation:

In 1954, The Supreme Court gave a verdict to a decade long case of Brown v. Board of Education, under the judgment of Chief Justice Warren.

The case was filed by the parents of Linda, an eight-year-old girl, who was denied admission to her nearest school because of her color.

Board of Topeka decided to give her admission to the school which was far from her school but was created for blacks. Brown's case was led by Thurgood Marshall, who argued that racial segregation in public schools not only promotes inequality but also demotivates children.

Chief Justice Warren gave verdict in the favor of Browns agreeing to the points raised by Thurgood.

The correct answer is will be examining

It is used when you want to present an action that will happen in the future and will keep happening for an amount of time. You make it by using the modal verb Will, combined with be, and the present participle of the verb you want, which is why examine turns into examining.
