DAYTIME IS WHEN WE GET MOST OF THE SUN'S LIGHT AND HEAT.  IT IS  NIGHTTIME WHEN THE PART OF EARTH WHERE YOU LIVE FACES AWAY FROM THE SUN. WE CANNOT SEE THE SUN OR FEEL ITS HEAT AT NIGHT.OUR SUN HELPS PLANTS GROW. PLANTS USE THE SUN'S LIGHT TO MAKE THEIR OWN FOOD.ANIMALS AND PEOPLE NEED THE SUN'S LIGHT TO SEE DURING THE DAY. THE SUN'S HEAT KEEPS ANIMALS AND PEOPLE WARM. THE SUN'S LIGHT IS VERY BRIGHT AND ITS HEAT CAN FEEL HOT. YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR EYES AND SKIN SAFE FROM THE SUN.

What is the difference between an executive agency and a regulatory commission?
mestny [16]

Answer:

Executive agencies report directly to the president, and the heads of those agencies are members of the president’s cabinet. Defense, Interior, State and so on.

independent agencies are usually set up by Congress and the president has less power in getting rid of the head. FCC for example, the chairman is appointed by the president but for a set term, and meanwhile the chairman is part of a five person board.
