I believe it's called a sex-linked trait, if I'm remembering correctly. This is because men do not have an X chromosome, therefore it would be linked to females.

It would be C, sex-linked chromosome. Men have xy chromosomes and women have xx chromosomes, therefore the father determines the sex of the baby. So, it would be linked to the gender, or sex, of the offspring, aka the sex-linked trait.

Brrunno [24]
Answer is: platelet plug

When platelets stick to each other and to the blood vessel they form a plug in the hole of the vessel. This process is called platelet aggregation.

Before the plug forms,  a platelet will stick to the blood vessel (adhesion), change its shape and signal other platelets to come help (activation and secretion). Then they stick to each other (aggregation).
