Which option describes the best solution when a student is unsure about using information that is​ copyrighted?

If a student is unsure that he or she is using information that is copyright the best option and solution I would do is have a parent or Guardian to proof read it and after that I would in my opinion have at least 2 of my literature teachers proof read it and check if I may or may not have copyrighted.
