Restaurants have many standards. They can be health, food, or customer satisfactory standards. Health is mainly how healthy or fresh food is. Its safe to make food fresh rather than cooking it ahead of time and heating it up later or the next day. Food standards basically mean that the food represents something. It gives a restaurant reputation. If your food is not good and is not fresh then your reputation will decrease sufficiently. Health and food standards all relate to each other because in order to have good health you have to have good food in return. You customers are a big thing, especially in a popular restaurant . You customers have to feel like they are welcomed and they need to be taken care of respectfully. Without this trust, your restaurant is going nowhere.
