I don't think its foolish if someone wants follow their dream they can do it if they put their head to it. I want to be the 1 Hispanic/woman president.
One factor determining the number of representatives for a given
congressional district is the distribution of registered voters within
the state. Like look at California. In Cali the Congressional district 6 has
two representatives.
