3 2/5 times 7 will give you your answer. Switch 3 and 2/5 (mixed fraction) to an improper fraction. There’s 3 wholes so 3 x 5 = 15 plus the 2 in the numerator. That will be 17/5 times 7. 17 x 7 = 119. This is still over the 5 denominator. You could keep it like that but I assume a 23.8 will look better.
