The great interest that the figure of Hitler arouses is due precisely to the borders of his extraordinary personality type and his halo of impenetrability. Hitler possessed an extraordinary charisma capable of involving not only people, but also the masses, as well as possessing a great studied gestural oratory and a remarkable leadership capacity.

Hitler was himself a very self-sufficient and lonely individual. Very few people were part of his personal entourage, we can mention Albert Speer, the photographer Heinrich Hoffmann, Martin Bormann, Wilhelm Bruckner, Joseph Dietrich, Joseph Goebbels, Julius Schaub, Julius Schreck and the architect Geisler and his personal secretaries. To them he demanded loyalty to every trial and discretion.

One of the most relevant characteristics of Hitler's personality was the ability to impress (fascinate), enchant, manipulate and subjugate those around him; there were people who could be very strong and secure in their fields of action, but in the presence of Hitler these personalities were diminished and manipulated to servility.

Hitler, was very unlikely to show any emotional trait or show affinity towards someone when he took pictures in the presence of people of his trust and acceptance; On the other hand, he showed a very human aspect in the presence of children, especially when he was visited in Berghof. Hitler also showed insensitivity and lack of scruples when it came to getting rid of enemies and / or sacrificing soldiers.

How could have leadership have helped the Rome Empire?
BigorU [14]

Answer:

Explanation:

There are many lessons to learnt from the Roman, even leadership lessons.

The Roman Empire became one of the biggest in the ancient world, spanning to include 20 per cent of the world’s population, all ruled within the boundaries of one city. At the height of its power in AD117, the Empire covered a colossal five million square kilometres.

The politics of the Empire was such that leaders would rise and fall on the strength of their decisions, connections and character. From the first emperor, Augustus Caesar, to the Empire’s last, Romulus Augustulus, it can be difficult to think how the leadership demands of the ancient world could resonate with us today.

The battle between the USS Monitor and the CSS Virginia was significant because it was the first battle that used ironclad ships.

This battle, known as the Battle of Hampton Roads, took place in March of 1862. This newly developed technology had never been used in American warfare up to this point. There was no clear winner of this battle. However, it is remembered because it changed the way naval battles would be fought by the US military.
