When Colleen was advised by her physician to avoid taking high-dose supplements of certain vitamins that can accumulate toxic levels in her body, he meant Vitamins A, C, D, and E. These 4 are most popular vitamins but can hurt us with too much intake.

Vitamin A - They can build up in the body leading to hair loss, confusion, liver damage and bone loss.

Vitamin D - can cause your body to absorb too much calcium and lead to calcium deposits in your organs, constipation, kidney stones, confusion, poor appetite, nausea, and vomiting.

Vitamin E - lose its main benefits when taken in excess.

Vitamin C. -Vitamin C is water soluble, which means that if you take more than your body can use, adverse reactions like stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea can occur. Vitamin C can cause kidney stones also

Because during sleep animals can recuperate and gain new strengths so they can tackle the challenges of the new day.
