What trends do you think will characterize federalism in the near future an expansion in national power or a return of power to
Inessa05 [86]

Answer:

The current Republican administration and the Republican-controlled Congress seem to support less government expenditure. Spokesman Ryan, as a rule, has shown a bias for fiscal discipline. President Trump went on a campaign that pledged government expenditure to save employment but did not generally deliver, and his position against the ACA showed a desire to reduce state action. It is also clear from the income cap that the state will get less revenue and that its expenditure and capacity to act will be lowered. Recent occurrences in Puerto Rico and the absence of complete assistance for the island represent less public action. I think that this pattern will persist at least until the next Congressional elections.

Dorothy West gives us a different viewpoint of the Great Depression era. What world do we get a glimpse of from her writing? Wha
Marizza181 [45]

Dorothy West was a black American who lived at a time when blacks were discriminated against. Dorothy West in "Amateur Night in Harlem" paints a picture of the Great Depression as a time when the Whites and Blacks did not get along.

 • The mood of the mixed-race crowd was changed when a white man was allowed to sing a song that racially profiled the blacks. Despite the fact that he was booed, the emcee allowed him to sing and this hurt the black audience.

In that article, Dorothy West started with a description of a crowd having a good night. The polity became tensed when the blacks felt insulted by a song that was performed by a white man.

This song reminded them of how they have had to slave for the whites. They leave the crowd feeling dejected.
