<h2><u>Answer:</u></h2>

The year 1763 was essential in American and European history. The British had quite recently won a noteworthy war and expanded the extent of their massive realm. The Proclamation of 1763 was to encourage peace, yet it propelled solid sentiments among American colonists.

The Proclamation of 1763 infuriated American colonists raised pressures among them and the British government. The Proclamation closed off all land west of the Appalachian Mountains from American settlement and put it aside as Native American domain.

From the British point of view, it was imperative to have great relations with Native Americans. The British had quite recently won the Seven Years' War, or the French and Indian War as it's known in the U.S., however it cost the British a ton of cash and left them in a debilitated state to shield their immense realm.

From the settlers' point of view, be that as it may, the Proclamation was selling out. The pioneers needed to extend west of the Appalachians and some of them had been allowed land by the British government as a reward for serving in the war.

The Proclamation rendered those land awards futile and prevented aggressive pilgrims from moving westbound. The British government's choice helped set the phase for rising American turmoil during the 1770s.

Why did people settle in the yukon territory in the late 1800s?
Flura [38]
The correct option is "C", "G<span>old was discover and people wanted to find fortune"</span>.

In 1896 Gold was found in many areas of the said territory and as the area was a remote place where people had less access the news of the discovery spread very slowly. The early stake holders were wealthy because they did not have to face much of a competition; they were called “Klondike Kings”. Approximately a year later more than hundred thousand people searching for gold departed for Yukon but more than half of them did not reach there. The incident is remembered in history as Klondike Gold Rush.
