Thomas et Louise offrent (offer) un cadeau très cher pour Julie doesn't match = it would be =
Thomas et Louise offrent un cadeau très cher à Julie (not pour Julie)

You also can use the "passé composé"
Thoma et Julie ont acheté un cadeau très cher pour Julie.
