President nixon proposed a solution to domestic problems called ____ which would shift power and money to states and cities.
Sergeeva-Olga [200]
The correct answer is New Federalism.

This policy of Richard Nixon focused on giving state and local government more power in solving social issues within their respective territories. Nixon felt that the federal government was too large and intrusive in scope ever since the New Deal programs developed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The New Federalism program would help to get rid of this oversight and allow states/cities to have more control over the funds they received from the federal government.

Why did some people support supply-side economics and others opposed it?
vovikov84 [41]

Answer:

Explanation:

I don't see how this is possible, but the answer seems to be A which is the only answer that makes sense.

Large tax cuts don't have anything to do with supply of goods. It does help consumption but that is not the same thing as supply side economics.

C is much truer for the aftermath of WWI than a general statement about Supply. I don't think it is the right answer.

It didn't call for increased government spending unless the government wanted the goods being produced.

I think I'd go with A. It is the most straight forward.
