Gender stereotypes has a an affect on kids to a great extent.

Explanation:

Many experts say that while a girl is growing and developing she should have a male role model from a very young age, and even while she grows up. For boys they should have a mother/female role model. If the child were to have only one parent their perspective would change/shift. Whatever they are showed or told to do it would effect the way they were to do something in the near future
