One day a popsicle stick was melting in Roys backyard. An evil which said that if he solved her riddle he would get his popsicle

back. Riddle:It tells you what to do throughout the day, can you change it yes you may, it kills all and it will eventually run out, it may even cause a drowt.
Hint: It even follows where you go.
