I believe that the only time the United States should get involved in wars is when there is a genocide occurring, our allies call upon us for help, or when our democracy/liberty is at stake. Unless one of those conditions have been met, we should stay neutral. Those are in no particular order, just what I think.
The discovery of the potential of the coal fro producing energy was revolutionary for the humans. The coal gave new opportunities, as this natural resource was able to produce so big of an amount of energy that the machines based on its work were able to do the work for which before that, lots of people and animals were needed, or it was take much longer time with the previously used energy sources like the wood and the water.
The coal gave the basis for the industrialization process, and it managed to revolutionize the manufacturing of the goods, which for the countries that used it, brought a very big wealth.

Soon in 1906, the Transvaal Government wanted to restrict the rights of Indians even more. So, Gandhi organized his very first campaign of mass civil disobedience or whats called satyagraha. This protest lasted several years and finally, he and the South African Government came to a compromise. In 1914 he returned to India to live there and was even supporting Britain in the first world war. But in 1919 he did another mass civil disobedience because Britain made it mandatory to draft Indians in the military. A lot of people supported this protest and by 1920 he was the leader of the Indian movement for independent.
