I’m going to go with the 3rd. Everyone knows(should know)the 1st, 2nd , 4th and 5th but it’s rare for people to know the 3rd without at least a reminder. It’s the one about not quartering soldiers in peace time. This is the least argued amendment. I don’t think it’s even been incorporated through the 14th since it doesn’t ever come up.
