Moreover, the Virginia Plan proposed important changes in the Congress structure, stablishing a Bicameral system, but by other side the New Jersey plan was based in the confederation articles, stablishing an Unicameral congress System, so to resolve those diferences, on June 11, 1787, Roger Sherman and Oliver Ellsworth <u>proposed the Connecticut Compromise, where were included proposals from both plans.</u>
