Well, the answer you are looking for is going to be the 20th century. this is going to be because back then the need for oil had been really high because it was needed for things like running machines or maybe even cars. If the oil field had not been discovered places like The U.S.A would have been short on oil and the prices would go up on oil.

What best describes why there was no need for immigrants to live in the South
avanturin [10]

\Large{ \boxed{ \bf{ \color{skyblue}{The \: reasons \: were:}}}}

 • Because the south has its own language and they don’t want to be associated with those that don't know how to speak their own language or don't know how to communicate with them with their language.
 • That is why it is not necessary to live in the south when an individual does not know how to communicate with them because it will affect the person’s work or education if he or she does not know how to speak their own language or the language of the South.
 • Also, During US civil war, Far fewer immigrants settled in the South, where the single-crop farming economy was strong, but where job creation was less rapid, and where slave labor limited employment opportunities for unskilled laborers.

Because Aaron Ogden had a state license in New York, he believed
Juliette [100K]

The question refers to the case Gibbons v. Ogden, a landmark decision by the Supreme Court of the United States. The case dealt with the power to regulate interstate commerce.

Because Aaron Ogden had a state license in New York, he believed that steamboat operators without a license needed to stay out of New York waters. Gibbons, however, believed he also had the right to navigate these waters as Cogress had began to regulate commerce in coastal areas. The Supreme Court sided with Gibbons, as they believed this to be a case not only of state trade but of the country's economic well-being.

Help fassstttt
Can someone give me some pointers for this essay that I have to do?
nexus9112 [7]
It depends what the essay is, a good rule to follow is usually about 4-5 paragraphs. Make sure to have a good introduction and conclusion. In between make sure to use good evidence to support whatever you are writing about. I can't give many specific pointers because each essay differs. Wishing you good luck!
