It is generally recommended that athletes consume approximately 30 percent of their daily calories from fat. the correct option in respect to the given question is option "C". Athletes normally have a greater work rate than any normal person working in offices. They need more energy for the work they do. Exceptions are definitely there. The athletes that participate in marathon running requires about 90 percent of their daily caloris from fat. Other athletes playing normal games do not need to run or work for long time constantly. They get a break in between and so they require less.
