Answer:

The correct answer is True

Explanation:

We can perfectly use tunnels and archways as frames in photography. The Photographical Art permit us to frame and create images that are part of the mental creation of the artist.

The rule of thirds, created by painters in the XVI century, was easily and widely adopted by many photographers. It allows the creator to decentralize the elements of the composition.

It consists of dividing the image in a grade of nine equal squares. We have to make two horizontal lines and two vertical lines. With them, we’ll be able to focus and frame elements, whether they’re in horizontal or vertical positions.

Usually, the horizontal lines will determinate the horizon, but the vertical line can be used on people or other vertical elements. But if we’re going to take pictures of a tunnel or an arch, we can fit part of those elements in both lines.

Arch and tunnels have vertical lines per se. This form is remotes to Ancient Rome and was used for a broad range of purposes. As architects say, it’s a “perfect” shape and tunnels are based on that.

We can use the vertical lines to frame the arches and tunnels’ entrances, or even frame them in the middle of the squares. The round top will make a perfect curve inside the squares. We can also use the horizontal lines to shoot only the constructions, although if we frame it between those lines, we’ll be able to take a photo with a wide background.
