ValentinkaMS [17]
I don't think it was women because woman were not allowed to vote until 1920 and the question is asking for 1925. white man were allowed to vote their whole life. African american males were not allowed to vote until the 1870s i think so we can cross all three of those out and we are left with 18 year old's. So I think the answer is C 18 year old's.

Why did the 1939 cash-and-carry amendment to the Neutrality Acts favor Britain over Germany?
Keith_Richards [23]

The correct answer would be: The 1939 cash-and-carry amendment to the Neutrality Acts favored Britain over Germany because "Britain had a larger fleet of ships to carry arms than Germany".

With this amendment, lobbied by Roosevelt, the U.S. was allowed to trade arms with belligerent countries in Europe. The only condition was that the recipients provided transport and paid immediately in cash. Great Britain and France had absolute control of the seas, so the amendment put them at a massive advantage over Germany by being able to transport weaponery safely and freely.

What is the difference between a trustee and politico?
VARVARA [1.3K]
In political representation, an instructed delegate is a representative who acts according to the wishes of his constituents, while a trustee exercises his own judgment. The delegate model of representation often applies to situations in which the represented bodies are independent entities with conflicting interests. The trustee model of representation is the norm for representative bodies within a nation.
