Dear instructor,

I am contacting you to discuss my exam grade. I am really stumped with the grade I received and would like to know the reason why my rating was 0.

I have really worked very hard to take this exam and was expecting a higher grade. That is why I need to know what has gone wrong with my answers so that I can improve or perhaps do a review in case it was a mistake in the correction.
