The correct answer is gunpowder.

The Ottoman Empire introduced firearms in its military troops in the late 14th century and beginning of the 15th century. Later, this artillery troops professionalized and specialized into different groups: the Piyade Topçu (foot artillery), Süvari Topçu (mounted artillery), and humbaraci (bombardiers and mortar troops), which helped them expand and keep their frontiers.

The Safavid Empire under the rule of Shah Abbas (1571-1629), as Ottomans did before, started a series of reforms of the army which involved the introduction of firearms. Tofang-chis (musketeers), artillery corps were added to the traditional armies and cannons provided by European powers.

Briefly describe the first step in the legislative process, introducing a law
neonofarm [45]

Answer:

First, a Representative sponsors a bill.

The bill is then assigned to a committee for study.

If released by the committee, the bill is put on a calendar to be voted on, debated or amended.

If the bill passes by simple majority (218 of 435), the bill moves to the Senate.

In the Senate, the bill is assigned to another committee and, if released, debated and voted on.

If the Senate makes changes, the bill must return to the House for concurrence.

The resulting bill returns to the House and Senate for final approval.

The President then has 10 days to veto the final bill or sign it into law.
