Answer:

The boy sat. That could be a subject. The predicate is the half-sentence you have right now. So, it could be The boy sat in the window seat on the plane.

Explanation:

A subject contains the noun. A predicate contains what the noun does.

What behavior could be considered to be an act of betrayal?
tiny-mole [99]
There are many kinds (can't name them all off the top of my head)

1. Telling someone you'll keep it a secret and then tell anyway...
2. Always being there for someone and then not
3. When you cheat on your husband/wife or someone you're in a relationship with
4. Using someone just to get some

Those are all I can think of (at the moment). But you can just pick whichever one you want.

Why does the author include details about the lins night out at the Lakeview restauraut in the all American slurp
aleksandr82 [10.1K]

Answer:

The answer is "to demonstrate that narrator's difficulty adapting to American society".

Explanation:

Lensey Namioka's "The All-American Slurp" is a story. A migrant family's uncomfortable experiences in a foreign state are recounted. As just a consequence, "Lakeview" was an expensive chain restaurant. Aside from Chinese restaurants, it was rare for all the customers to make at such establishments in America. Again for the narrator's struggles to adjust to American society, this was necessary to include the details. However, they found it hard to adapt.
