The lowest price proposals shouldn't be always picked as a winner even if it costs lowly because the individual responsible for the decision should take other matters into consideration and whether what are the right decisions that he or she should make for the betterment of the company. Example of this is the lowest price materials offered by one contractor in which it is cheap but is not as strong as other materials they often buy, the one responsible of taking this account should ensure whether it is even right to use as their materials when he or she knows that it is not as strong as the ones they often used.

Stella [2.4K]

The sound of the branch breaking most likely caused nick to feel fear and jump off the trail.

What noise does a branch make when it breaks?

  • If the branch is large enough, there may even be a deep moaning sound as the branch breaks away from the tree or splits in two.
  • This groan is typically accompanied by smaller, quieter snapping, crackling, and popping noises (likely the actual wood fibers breaking).
  • Depending on how big the tree was, how quickly it was falling, and what the ground was covered in, it may have landed with a "thud," "bang," "crash," or "boom" when it eventually hit the ground.
  • When wood bends, it tends to "creak" and "groan"; when it bends too much, it "snaps" and "cracks."

A model of behavior are learning in family-if parent wants to a child accept some type of behavior, it is very important that he behaves in that way. In this case, Mr.Trapper "ambiguous message" to his children-he talks about importance of something, but he does not behave like that.

Is there a way in our democracy in some instances for us to fire/destitute a president?
pogonyaev
Presidents can usually get forced out of office by being impeached. This could happen if they violate the constitution.

You could email the white house or even send them a letter if you want to send them your thoughts. They do read your letters and sometimes write you back.
