A leader should have certain qualities, that are  a leader should not be a dictator, a leader should create a network among the followers , a leader should use his or her skills to uplift , develop and empower others.

Suppose I was the manager of the ABC company suddenly I saw that the production was not up to the mark . I consulted my juniors that was a team of five members. We arranged a meeting and discussed the causes which lead to the fall in production and asked my team members to give certain measures to solve the problem. This is one of the important role of the leader to encourage various ideas.

After discussing on the fact I divided the job accordingly and assisted each and every member personally and started observing the work and helped them when they faced any difficulty.
