how did kings methods for civil rights differ from those of white moderates and african american militants
olga_2 [115]
Martin Luther King Jr. was a believer of peaceful protest. Every single one of his protestant gatherings were meant to be peaceful. a quote from from one of his speeches shows this:

I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.

unquote.

This excerpt proves that he was a peaceful protestor.

Louisiana
Feliz [49]

The correct answer is B.

Louisiana, also known as French Lousiana was an administrative district of the whole region controlled by France in North America, called New France. The name of the territory was decided in honour of King Louis XIV of France.

This territory was controlled by France but not really developed due to a lack of funding and human resources. After the French defeat in the Seven Years War, part of the territory of Lousiana was lost and transferred to the British winners.

In fact, the names of those places abovementioned are clearly derived from the French language (for example, rouge= red in French, or the surname Delocroix which is French too).

There were several different positive outcomes of the Apollo Space Program including:

1) The United States put a man on the moon- Thanks to a huge amount of government funding, the US was able to put a man on the moon before the end of the 1960's. This famous moon landing in 1969 showed America's technological and scientific superiority to the entire world.

2) Increased funding for public education- Due to the competition between the US and Soviet Union during this time, the federal government poured hundreds of millions of dollars into public education.
