The correct answer is "C".

After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, many of its territories in Eastern Europe decided to become independent states. One of these states was Bosnia, which would later dissolve and annex its territories to Croatia and Serbia due to nationalist movements from both sides. The rupture was mainly due to religious differences, as the Croats were mainly Catholic and the Serbs were orthodox.

Give any two causes of the decline of the Rajput power after the death of Aurangzeb.
Ronch [10]
The Mughals did not follow any law of succession like the law of primogeniture. Consequently, each time a ruler died, a war of succession between the brothers for the throne started. This weakened the Mughal Empire, especially after Aurangzeb. It is generally believed by the historians that one of the major causes of the decline of the Mughal empire was the policy of conflict followed by Aurangzeb with the Rajput’s.

The checks and balances system in the Constitution is important because it helps to prevent any one branch of government from gaining too much power. The three main branches are the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. Here are some examples. The President can veto a bill passed by Congress, preventing it from becoming law. This is an executive branch check on the legislative branch. In turn, the Congress can vote to override that veto with a two thirds majority in both the Senate and House, and the bill will become law. This is a Legislative check on the Executive branch. Finally, the Supreme Court, when ruling on a case, decide to use its power of judicial review to declare some law of Congress or act of the President unconstitutional. This is a judicial check on both the executive and legislative branches. Hope this helps

The Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor before America joined the war. America did not plan on joining the war, but was going to support their allies with resources. Japan had wanted exports from America, but the U.S. refused. Since the American government would not give to Japan, Japan decided to attack Pearl Harbor. This made the Americans furious as they had not yet enlisted and saw this as an act of terrorism. They immediately took action and joined the war.<span />
