Answer:The quality of the home in terms of educational qualifications, academic ability, finance and so on constitute to the development and advancement of education for a person.

It is not fair because everyone should be able to have equal right to quality education.

The developing world for an example have little exposure to quality education, equipments are inadequate for practical works and talents who could have been problems solver waste away by tye day because of this challenge, yet innovations still struggles to come out of such area to depict the quality of products that could have been produced if more was available or invested.
