What is "staffing level"?  D. The number of workers assigned to jobs at a particular time. The staffing level is the amount of people who are employed at any given time within a business. This level is usually maintained by the hiring and HR (human resource) department to make sure they are operating at an adequate level based on their need for people. In some careers there is a ratio of people to people, like in the medical field, nurse-patient ratio and makes sure they are staffed appropriately.

a. work-in-process inventory.
b. materials inventory.
c. partially-controlled inventory.

I think the answer is a. work-in-process inventory. The materials are partially done and, in this case, the strings and inner sole are yet to be put on to the shoes. There might be other more processes where the shoes could go and finally be set a finish product.

Debit Store Supplies Expense $280 and credit Store Supplies $280

Explanation:

The adjustment of accounts is a log report that typically is made at the end of a fiscal period to attribute income and costs to the time they actually existed. To order to adjust the entries for the accrued and deferred profits in accrual-based accounting the concept of revenue recognition is the basis. Sometimes they are called day balances because it is performed on the day of equilibrium.

Prepayment adjustment entries are necessary to take into account cash received before goods have been delivered or services have been completed. Once paying this currency, it is first reported in a Prepaid Cost Investment account; either the duration (e.g. rent, insure) or use and use (e.g. provision) of the plan must be assessed.
