Nick ran 9.2 miles less than Perry last week. If Nick ran 12.8 miles, how many miles did Perry run?

x - 9.2 = 12.8

x = 12.8 + 9.2

x = 22

Perry ran 22 miles for the week, 9.2 miles more than Nick.
