Three spheres that has been shown in the picture are as follows , they are  the lithosphere,hydrosphere and the biosphere.

Explanation:

In this picture all the three spheres are connected to each other. Lithosphere means land , in this picture we can see land where cultivation of crops are done , that is the sphere is being used in a proper way.

Secondly we come across hydrosphere that water , water has been used for the irrigation of crops , that is farming is being done .

Thirdly biosphere which means life stock , two living beings are being shown in this picture , they are a buffalo and a child , the child is using the buffalo for ploughing the field.
