Capitalism is basically free stuff and a huge government. Most things you need such as education is free, food is handed out by the government. Everything is pretty much free, the money is distributed among everyone equally and it sounds like a utopia. In practice, however, capitalism doesn't work. If you do anything do the government, they can pretty much let you starve. if someone gets greedy, because as we know life is not a utopia, everything crumbles. A mixed economy is a combination of a capitalist economy and a socialist economy. The government can interfere with economic activities to achieve its own agenda, however citizens have a lot more that is theirs. They don't need hand outs from the government because people can take care of themselves. Although not as effective as free market, a mixed economy typically works better than a capitalist.

Anastasy [175]

Answer: Openness and conscientiousness.

The five-factor model (FFM) is a taxonomy for personality traits. The five factors it includes are: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism (often represented by the acronym OCEAN).

In this case, the fact that Holly likes to try new tasks reflects openness, which is defined by curiosity, and preference for novelty and variety of experience.

Also, because she tries to do everything to perfection, she would probably score high in conscientiousness. Conscientiousness is the tendency to be organized and dependable. It is characterized by self-discipline and planned, rather than spontaneous, behaviour.
