Sir Winston Churchill was a British politician. He was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940 to 1945, and again from 1951 to 1955. Therefore, Churchill was in power during WWII, and led his country to victory. He also represented five constituencies during his career as a MP.

Joseph Stalin, on the other hand, was a Georgian revolutionary and Soviet politician. He was in power from the mid-1920s until 1953. He was the country's de facto dictator by the 1930s.
