In order to address the issue you are talking about you can do: 1 Volunteering and taking part helping others, which will be beneficial, 2. Determine which is the real problem from root and then determine how to act, 3. Look for aalliances with partners who can may be helping and 4. Try to give a good use to the resources you have in order to achieve that goal.
