Let the smaller angle = x
Larger angle = x + 10

They add up to 180
x + x + 10 = 180
2x + 10 = 180
2x = 170
x = 85

x = 85
x + 10 = 95

Answer: The angles are 85° and 95°

a + b = 180\textdegree.

Given that a > b - 10 \Rightarrow a = 100\textdegree, b = 80\textdegree.

djverab [1.8K]
You would add 54+42+153=249 to find the total amount of customers from the previous week. Then you would divide 54/249= 0.2168 to find the amount of customers that used cash to total customers. The closest fraction would be about 1/5.

ollegr [7]
For a triangle, there is a proven inequality that states that, the sum of the lengths of any two sides must be greater than or equal to the length of the remaining side

21 + 37 >= 15
58 >= 15

21 + 15 >= 37
36 >= 37

37 + 15 >= 21
52 >= 21

We can see that the second inequality doesn't comply, thus there is not such triangle.

What is 1.859 to the nearest hundredth
Katen [24]
The 5 is in the hundredths place, so you would look at the number before it, which is 9. Since 9 is greater than 4, you will round the 5 up to 6
So it would be 1.86
