The word that could best describe the garage would be: "Crowded", this is because based on the description of the garage, the problem is not the size of the room (since nothing regarding size is mentioned) so the word Cramped does not apply. The word Cluttered does not apply either because it is clearly stated that everything has its place (either hung from the ceiling or the walls) and therefore one can assume everything is organized and tidy. The word Crowded implies that there are too many things in a certain space that take up room, reducing the available space.
